Whew!
After an intense period of designing, coding, debugging, and maybe a little panicking, we’re incredibly excited (and relieved!) to announce that we’ve crossed the finish line for the Dungeon Crawler Jam 2025, submitting our entry “Enter the Mansion” with only 20 minutes and 36 seconds to spare!
This jam was a fantastic experience, pushing us to create a tight, focused horror dungeon crawler experience. In “Enter the Mansion”, players take on the role of a thief venturing into a dark, foreboding mansion. The objective? To sneak through its oppressive halls, looting valuable items to rack up the highest score possible.
Of course, it wouldn’t be horror without a threat. A relentless monster patrols the mansion, drawn to noise and movement. Players must balance their greed with caution, using stealth and quick thinking to avoid being caught. It’s a tense loop of risk vs. reward set against a chilling, atmospheric backdrop.
Developing this within the jam’s timeframe, especially down to the wire like that, was certainly a challenge, forcing us to make tough decisions and iterate quickly. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and learned a ton along the way.
Now, we need your help! We’d love for you to experience the eerie corridors of the mansion yourself. Please head over to our Itch.io page to play the game and, importantly, leave us a rating for the jam. Your feedback is invaluable!

Thank you so much for checking out our work! Stay tuned – we’ll be posting a follow-up piece shortly detailing some of the specific hurdles, design choices, and technical problems we encountered and overcame during the development of “Enter the Mansion”.
